PlayStation has announced that Astro Bot Gets PS5 Pro Support has been added to the PS5 Pro, with the first of five additional levels arriving today.
According to the PlayStation Blog, the PS5 Pro will have a maximum frame rate of 60 frames per second. The first of the five new levels released today is Tik-Tok Shock. The rest will be available every Friday at 6:00 PM Pacific/9:00 AM Eastern. Push or Bust will be released on July 20, Cock-a-Scratch-Doom on July 27, Hard to Carry on July 6, and Armored Hardcore on July 13.
These levels are more challenging than those featured in the previous Astro Bot Gets PS5 Pro Support game, Winter Wonderland. There are also new rescue bots that can be used in raid mode using online leaderboards. Players must complete the base game to access these new levels.

Astro Bot Gets PS5 Pro Support received acclaim upon its release last year, with the Asobi-developed platformer garnering praise for its attractive design, polished gameplay, and DualSense controller functionality. The game was named one of GameSpot’s 10 Best Games of 2024 and won Game of the Year at last year’s The Game Awards, hosted by Jeff Keeley.
